Family Cooking Session with French, Swedish, and British Dishes

 

Not only do Joris and Gisella Barbaray have favorite recipes they love sharing with their two children, they also share some of them with the general public at their restaurant Bergerac in Portland. Joris hails from the south of France and he expertly whipped up a delicious fish entree that showcased the area. Gisella is British with Swedish heritage and contributed Swedish meatballs (which the kids loved grinding in the meat grinder) and a very British crumble for dessert. The whole scene culminated in the back garden for a lovely lunch. Very French, of course.
